There are two training and exam formats: classroom and online. The classroom course is given in English, but course books and the exam are available in Spanish, Chinese and Korean. Online course and exams are available. The Online course and exam are available in English and Spanish.

Designed for managers, supervisors, shift leaders, chefs, culinary students, and cooks.
This full-day class covers critical principles including:

ServSafe (TM) Food Handlers
Designed for food handlers, supervisors,
servers, suppliers, culinary students, food
demonstrators, and volunteers. Recommended
